Orders canceled 24 or more hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 12–24 hours before delivery are eligible for a 50% refund on food; procurement fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made 8–12 hours before delivery are reviewed on a case-by-case basis; procurement fees and procured items are non-refundable. Orders canceled less than 8 hours before delivery are non-refundable.

 

Delivery fees vary based on distance and airport. A 5% handling fee applies to all orders.

 

Orders placed with less than 4 hours of preparation time, plus delivery time, are considered Rush Orders. Rush Orders are subject to a 15% surcharge and are non-refundable.
